The Young Blood cycle targeting the production and opinions of a new generation of architects working in central European area – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia and Austria – culminated with an exhibition of eight installations of young Austrian studios, based on eight terse slogans, qualifying eight different approaches to architecture. After Prague premiere in CCEA (June 9 – July 31, 2006) the exhibition was presented in Austrian Graz (Novemeber 9 – December 3, 2006) and continued its voyage to Vienna. The exhibition I´m a Young “Austerian” Architect! opened a new part of Architekturzentrum Wien – Architekturzentrum Wien-West (April 18, 2007).

The exhibition I´m a Young “Hungerian” Architect! opened first Hungarian centre of architecture – KÉK – Kortárs Építészeti Központ / Hungarian Contemporary Architecture Centre (June 24, 2006).

Opening of the sixth and final exhibition from the Young Blood cycle – I´m a Young “Austerian“ Architect! – in Prague residency of CCEA was appended by an action of Austrian studio x architekten, who spoke to young architects with an appeal “donate your young blood!”. The donators of the blood appointed in mobile transfusion center of Central Military Hospital just before the entrance to CCEA.
As a part of the opening of sixth and final exhibition from the Young Blood cycle– I´m a Young “Austerian” Architect! – in Prague residency of CCEA there was showed a performance of representatives of Austrian studios. It´s topic were conditions of architect in central Europe: What slogan represents them the best? Blood, Sweat and Tears?
